Official WhatsApp Business Platform India
Everything your company does on WhatsApp, on one platform
Campaigns, chatbots, an AI assistant, a shared team inbox and a CRM, running on the official WhatsApp Business API, against one contact record and one bill.
Connects to what you already run
The platform
Six products, one account
Each of these is normally bought separately. Here they share a contact record, a conversation history and a bill.
Campaigns
Approved templates to a segmented, opted-in list. Scheduled, personalised, and reported against what the send actually cost, not against an estimate of what it cost.
Read more →Chatbots and AI
A flow builder for what you already know the answer to, and an AI assistant grounded in your own catalogue and policies for what the flow did not anticipate. It escalates rather than guessing.
Read more →Shared team inbox
One number, many agents. Assignment, internal notes, roles and permissions, and a full history on every thread.
Read more →CRM and pipelines
Contacts, tags, custom fields, owners and deal stages. Conversations become records instead of staying in one person's phone.
Read more →Commerce automation
Order, shipping and delivery notifications, COD confirmation, abandoned cart recovery and post-purchase review requests.
Read more →Analytics and API
Delivery, read and reply rates against conversation spend, and a REST API with webhooks when you want your own systems in the loop.

A Tuesday, as your customer sees it
Five different parts of the platform write into the same conversation across one working day. The customer sees one shop replying, never a handover, never a second number, never the same question asked twice.
- 09:12ChatbotAnswers before you open the shop
Three people ask about sizes and delivery time overnight. The flow answers all three from the catalogue and tags them by product.
- 11:40AutomationConfirms a COD order
Your store fires an order event. The customer gets a confirmation with a Yes/No button, and the ones who never answer are the ones you stop shipping to.
- 14:05AI assistantHandles a question the flow missed
A question about a return window that no flow covers. The assistant answers from your policy page, then hands the thread to a person when the customer asks for an exception.
- 16:30Team inboxA person takes over with the history
Priya picks the thread up. Every message above, bot, AI and campaign, is already there, along with the contact's past orders and tags.
- 19:00CampaignThe evening send goes out
A template to everyone tagged for that category, scheduled at lunchtime. The reply lands back in the same inbox, on the same contact record.
Every line above lands on one contact record. Which is why the evening campaign can exclude the person who complained at 14:05, and why the report at the end of the month is a query rather than a reconciliation.
How the contact record worksWhat it replaces
The usual WhatsApp stack is four vendors and a spreadsheet
Each tool holds part of the customer and none of them holds the whole. The cost of that is not the subscriptions. It is that nobody can answer what a campaign actually returned.
Assembled from separate products
- A broadcast tool that cannot see who replied
- A separate chatbot product, billed per conversation
- A helpdesk that treats WhatsApp as an email inbox
- A CRM your WhatsApp threads never reach
- A spreadsheet reconciling all four at month end
One platform
- One contact record, written by every channel that touches it
- Bots, AI and humans working the same thread with full context
- Campaign reporting priced per conversation, not estimated
- One vendor, one invoice, one support queue
- A REST API and webhooks when you want your own systems in the loop
A closer look
How the main parts work
Campaigns
Send to the whole list, and know what it returned
Approved templates reach everyone who opted in, segmented by tag, scheduled for when they convert, personalised per recipient, and measured against the conversation cost rather than against an estimate.
- Segment by tag, order history or pipeline stage
- Schedule ahead, or trigger from an event in your store
- Merge names, order numbers and amounts per recipient
- Delivered, read and replied, priced per campaign
Automation
Two layers of automation with one handover
The flow builder handles what you already know the answer to, so it stays exact and predictable. The AI assistant handles what the flow did not anticipate, working from your catalogue and policies, and escalates rather than guessing.
- Drag-and-drop flows, no code and no scripting language
- AI grounded in your own products, prices and policies
- Out-of-hours and first-response handling
- Escalation to the shared inbox with the thread intact
CRM
A pipeline, not a folder of chat threads
Every conversation becomes a contact with tags, an owner and a stage. Deals move across a board, follow-ups carry a date, and the record survives whoever happened to take the first message.
- Contacts, tags and custom fields on every plan
- Deal stages on a board, with an owner per deal
- Internal notes that never reach the customer
- Tickets for support threads that outlive one conversation
Who runs it
Built for how India actually sells
The same six modules, arranged differently per trade. Each of these opens a playbook with the message templates and the numbers behind them.
Kirana & groceryStanding orders, without the phone callsWeekly lists come in on WhatsApp, get confirmed by a flow, and go out for delivery with a payment link attached.
D2C & e-commerceRecover the cart before the discount code doesA checkout that stalls triggers one message inside the hour, and the reply lands with a person who can see the order.
Restaurants & sweetsFestival orders that do not need a call backTake the order, confirm the slot, and send the pickup reminder, with the whole exchange sitting on one contact record.
Tailoring & boutiqueFittings, alterations and ready-datesAppointment reminders on the day, a photo when it is ready, and a follow-up that asks for the review rather than hoping for it.
Retail & footwearBack-in-stock alerts to the people who askedTag the ones who wanted the size you were out of, and message exactly them when it lands, nobody else.
Jewellery & specialtyHigh-value enquiries that need a humanThe bot qualifies, the pipeline holds the deal, and the follow-up carries a date instead of living in somebody's memory. What Meta controls
Your daily limit is earned, not bought
How many people you may start a conversation with in 24 hours is Meta's decision and nobody's to sell. It climbs as your quality rating holds, and it falls when people block you.
Unique customers you can start a conversation with per day, before Meta has any history to judge you on.
Reached by sending to people who opted in and keeping the quality rating out of the red. Usually within days.
The ceiling most Indian businesses ever need. Blocks and reports are what stop you getting here, not volume.
Beyond this Meta lifts the cap entirely. Business verification and a held quality rating are the only route.
Getting started
Four steps to your first campaign
Create an account
No card. The free tier gives you one number and 50 conversations a month to test against real customers.
Connect a WhatsApp number
We take you through Meta's business verification and tell you in advance whether your existing number needs migrating.
Import contacts and submit a template
Upload a CSV or connect your store. Templates are submitted to Meta from inside the dashboard and usually clear within hours.
Automate, send and measure
Put the routine questions on a flow, schedule the campaign, and read delivery and reply rates against the conversation spend.
Already on Wati, Interakt or AiSensy?
Your number, your approved templates and your quality rating belong to your Meta account, not to your provider. Moving is administrative: the number transfers inside Meta Business Manager, we re-submit the templates, and you keep sending while it happens. We publish a comparison against each of them, including what they do better.
Pricing
Priced per number and per conversation

What a month actually costs
Two lines on the bill, and only one of them is ours. Meta charges per 24-hour conversation and we pass that through at the published rate. Our margin is the subscription, so a campaign that works costs us nothing extra and you nothing extra.
- Startup plan, billed yearlyTwo numbers, the whole platform, unlimited team seats₹399
- 1,000 marketing conversationsCharged by Meta, passed through at their rate₹880
- Our margin on those conversationsZero on every plan, including the free one₹0
- Total before GST₹1,279
Not sure which one fits?
Answer five questions about your team, your monthly volume and what you want automated. We'll name the plan that covers it, and say so plainly if none of them do.
Prices exclude GST. Meta's per-conversation charges are billed separately from a credit balance at Meta's published rate, with no margin added; the ₹0.88 figure above is Meta's India marketing rate at the time of writing and moves when Meta moves it. A free tier is available with one number and 50 conversations a month.
What we commit to
Checkable before you pay us anything
Every line below is in the plans table or the policies, not in a sales call.
Test it on real customers first
One number and 50 conversations a month, indefinitely, with the whole platform switched on. No card, and no trial clock counting down while you wait on Meta.
Change your mind, no conditions
Ask inside seven days of paying and the subscription is refunded in full. The condition is the calendar, not a support conversation about why.
Read the refund policy →We do not mark up your messages
Meta's published conversation rate is what lands on your credit balance. Our margin is the subscription, so a campaign that works costs us nothing extra and you nothing extra.
How conversation pricing works →Response times you can hold us to
Uptime and support response commitments are published, not promised in a sales call, along with a named grievance officer and a registered address.
Read the SLA →Your number and templates stay yours
They live in your Meta Business Manager, not in our account. Leaving means moving them back, and we do the migration paperwork in both directions.
Compare with your current provider →Support from the team that builds it
Email and WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday, 10:00–19:00 IST, on every plan including the free one. Not a tiered queue where an answer is an upgrade.
Support and response times →Before procurement asks
Four claims, each with the document behind it
A trust section that cannot be checked is decoration. Every one of these links to the thing that settles it.
Every message goes through Meta's own infrastructure. No modded clients, no automation of the consumer app, and nothing that puts the number at risk of a ban.
App vs API, compared →Uptime targets and support response commitments written down, in a document with a version and a date on it, not described on a sales call.
Read the SLA →Agents see the inbox, not the billing. Keys are scoped to one organisation and revocable, and every send is attributable to who or what sent it.
How the API is scoped →What is stored, for how long, and who to contact about it, including a named grievance officer, as Indian law requires.
Read the privacy policy →For developers
A REST API underneath all of it
Nothing on the platform requires code. Everything on the platform is reachable from it, send a template, read a thread, move a deal, or subscribe to the events your own systems care about.
- Keys scoped to one organisation. Revocable, auditable, and never able to read another tenant's data.
- Webhooks for inbound messages, delivery and status. Signed, retried, and replayable from the dashboard.
- Templates submitted over the API, including from a deploy pipeline, if that is where your copy lives.
- The same rate limits we run on. No separate “developer tier” that behaves differently from the dashboard.

Tools that run in your browser
All three work client-side. Numbers and contact lists never reach a server, which is checkable with the network tab open.
Questions
Before you create an account
What does the platform actually include?
Campaign sending, a no-code chatbot builder, an AI assistant, a shared team inbox, a CRM with contacts, tags, pipelines and tickets, e-commerce automation, analytics, and a REST API with webhooks. All of it is on every plan; plans differ by how many WhatsApp numbers and conversations they include, not by which features are unlocked.
How is this different from running separate tools?
The contact record is shared. A campaign, a bot conversation, a human reply and a deal stage all write to the same customer, so reporting is a single query rather than a reconciliation. It is also one vendor, one invoice and one support queue, and message costs are not marked up at each layer.
What does it cost?
Plans run from ₹299 a month, or ₹99 a month billed yearly, up to ₹5,999 for fifteen numbers. Meta charges separately per 24-hour conversation, and we pass that through at Meta's published rate with no margin added. There is a free tier with one number and 50 conversations a month.
Why is Meta's charge separate from the plan?
Because it is Meta's charge, not ours. Every provider pays it and every provider passes it on; the difference is whether they add a margin on top and whether they tell you. Ours lands on a credit balance at Meta's published rate, and the campaign report shows what each send drew down.
How many people can we message a day?
That is Meta's decision, not a plan feature. Every new number starts at 250 unique customers per 24 hours and moves up through 1,000, 10,000 and 100,000 as your quality rating holds. Nobody can sell you a higher tier, sending to people who opted in is what earns it.
Do we need a developer to run it?
No. Campaigns, flows, the CRM, the inbox and the commerce automations are all configured in the dashboard. The REST API, API keys and webhooks exist for connecting your own systems, and nothing on the platform requires them.
Can we keep our existing WhatsApp number?
Usually. A number currently on the WhatsApp Business app has to be migrated to the API first, which clears its chat history on the device. Some companies prefer to start the API on a new number and keep the existing one for walk-in customers. We will tell you which applies to your number before anything changes.
Is bulk sending safe on the official API?
Sending to people who opted in is exactly what the API is for, and it is not comparable to unofficial tools that automate the consumer app. What does cause problems is messaging people who did not opt in: that produces blocks, and blocks lower the quality rating that governs your daily messaging limit.
How long does it take to go live?
The account and the dashboard take minutes. The gating step is Meta's business verification, which for a registered Indian company with a GST number and a website usually completes within a day or two. Template approval afterwards typically takes minutes to a few hours.
We are on another provider. How hard is switching?
Your number, your approved templates and your quality rating belong to your Meta account rather than to your current provider, so moving is largely administrative. The number transfers inside Meta Business Manager, we re-submit the templates, and you keep sending while it happens.
What support is included?
Email and WhatsApp support Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST, from the team that builds the product, on every plan including the free tier. Response commitments are set out in the service level agreement.
Where is our data held, and who can reach it?
Message content is processed through Meta's Cloud API; contact records, notes and pipeline data sit in our database. The privacy policy sets out what is stored and for how long, and names a grievance officer you can contact directly.
