Growcord is a trade name, not a company. The entity behind it is Idrishi, a sole proprietorship, and that is the name that appears on your GST invoice and the name to use on any formal notice or complaint.

The same entity runs two properties. The agency site is at growcord.com and the WhatsApp Business Platform is at growcord.in. Same entity, same GSTIN, same people answering the phone.
